These Provider Accreditation Terms & Conditions apply to all organisations, training providers, trainers, academies, consultants, and individuals purchasing or applying for accreditation, provider approval, course accreditation, course packs, document packs, or related services from The CPD Collective Ltd.
By purchasing a package, submitting an application, using our accreditation services, displaying our accreditation mark, or accessing provider benefits, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
All Bronze, Silver, Gold, and provider accreditation packages are provided on a minimum 12-month term from the date accreditation is granted, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Where a monthly payment option is selected, the provider is entering into a 12-month minimum agreement. Monthly payments are not a rolling monthly cancellation product. The full 12-month term remains payable.
If a monthly payment fails, access to accreditation benefits, certificates, provider listings, seals, or related services may be suspended until payment is brought up to date.
Unless written notice of non-renewal is received at least one calendar month before the anniversary date of the accreditation term, the agreement will automatically renew for a further 12-month period.
Notice of non-renewal must be sent by email to info@cpdcollective.uk.
Accreditation packages are purchased as 12-month services. Early cancellation does not remove the obligation to pay the remaining balance of the agreed 12-month term.
One-off purchases, course packs, document packs, and downloadable or supplied materials are non-refundable once supplied, accessed, downloaded, or emailed, unless required by law.
Providers must submit accurate, complete, and truthful application evidence. This may include, but is not limited to:
Providers may be asked to supply copies of policies including Health and Safety, Equality and Diversity, Complaints, GDPR, and Plagiarism policies.
All applications are assessed on their merits against The CPD Collective standards relevant to the course, provider, and subject area.
Accreditation is not guaranteed. We may request further evidence, amendments, clarification, or additional documentation before approval is granted.
Approved providers may use The CPD Collective accreditation mark only during an active paid accreditation term and only in relation to approved courses, providers, or services.
The accreditation mark must not be used in a misleading way or applied to courses, trainers, venues, qualifications, or services that have not been approved.
Bronze, Silver, and Gold packages include the number of courses stated at the point of purchase and accreditation for one trainer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Additional trainers may be added at the applicable yearly fee. Additional trainers are only authorised once payment has been received and approval has been confirmed.
Providers are responsible for ensuring that:
Providers must notify The CPD Collective of any material changes to approved courses, delivery methods, trainers, ownership, business name, or contact details.
Significant changes may require re-review before continued accreditation use is permitted.
The CPD Collective may suspend or withdraw accreditation where:
Accreditation review fees, annual packages, monthly commitment plans, course packs, and document packs are generally non-refundable once work has begun, materials have been supplied, or access has been provided.
This does not affect any statutory rights that may apply.
All CPD Collective logos, accreditation marks, templates, documents, systems, and materials remain the intellectual property of The CPD Collective Ltd unless otherwise stated.
Course packs and documents supplied by The CPD Collective are for the purchaser’s internal business use only and must not be resold, shared, copied, redistributed, or rebranded for resale without written permission.
Complaints should be submitted in writing to info@cpdcollective.uk. Complaints will be reviewed in line with our complaints procedure.
The CPD Collective provides accreditation review and recognition services. Providers remain responsible for their own training delivery, business operations, compliance, learner outcomes, insurance, and legal obligations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The CPD Collective shall not be liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, reputational loss, business interruption, or claims arising from a provider’s delivery of training.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
